From the cottage "Onder Ons" the beauty of Mecklenburg opens up - blue Baltic Sea, rolling hills, secluded bays. Hiking, riding, fishing, sailing, picturesque villages, ancient fieldstone churches, beautiful manor houses and inviting country inns offer an unforgettable vacation.
The nearby Hanseatic city of Wismar tells of rich merchants, bustling beer brewers and pirates. Lübeck, Rostock, Schwerin: the nearby cities with their diverse offer leaves hardly anything to be desired.
Summer festivals, art events and harbour days offer dreamlike holiday experiences. Evening campfire, the call of the cranes, the icy sea in the freezing cold - enjoy being "onder ons" during your holidays: A warm welcome to you!
On the coast
In Zierow between the village pond and the Baltic Sea lies the Swedish type red cottage “Onder Ons” on a large natural estate.
Behind the cottage a footpath leads through the forest, following the salt meadows to the sandy beach 300 meter away, which slopes gently down to the water - a relaxed swimming experience with children is guaranteed!
The stately manor house, the old lime tree alley and thatched cottages characterize the structure of the Mecklenburg hamlet just outside the gates of the World Heritage Site Wismar.
The cottage
"Onder Ons" is a wooden house in the style of Nordic coastal houses with inside visible timber structure. The house is bright and has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the large natural estate, forest and meadows. The interior is functional and modern, decorated in warm colours with wooden furniture. Children are welcome!

„Onder Ons” consists of 3 parts: 2 separately usable house halves with access, kitchen, bathroom and stairs and the centrally located house part with bedroom and living room for additional guests.

The GOLDEN MEAN: sleeps 4 + 1 extra bedSoundproof walls and doors separate the 3 parts. The middle part can be combined with each half of the house, or the whole house can be used.

- Prices in € including the legally valid VAT.
- Children up to the age of 2 years are free of charge. Children's high chair and baby travel cot are available on request, free of charge.
- The price includes electricity, water and heating costs, the final cleaning is mandatory to pay and is carried out by the owner.
- In the GOLDEN MEAN an extra bed is available at a price of 10 euros per night.
- Bed linen and towels are to be brought by the tenant, but can be booked on request as a linen package at a price of 35€ per person.
- Wifi is not available in the house. At the community center (tourist information) the network "Ostseehotspot" can be used free of charge.
- The municipality of Zierow charges a visitor's tax during the whole year for guests over 5 years of age.
- Unfortunately, pets can not be accommodated.
